Registration fee
Payment of registration, banquet and field trip fees will be made at the reception desk on Oct. 30th morning at the Library Hall of the Niigata University Ikarashi Campus. Only cash in Japanese yen is acceptable. In case that the cash payment is impossible depending on each institution, later payment to an individual account is also acceptable.

Participation registration deadline
Registration registration deadline is Oct. 7,2024
The maximum number of participants for the field trip is 30. When the maximum number of participants is reached, the application for participation in the field trip will be closed.
