Please be advised that the field trip destination has been changed. Instead of visiting the Taki-saka Landslide site, we will now tour the drainage facilities in Niigata City. These facilities are not only crucial for flood control but also play a vital role in maintaining Niigata’s vast rice fields, located in low-lying areas.
Additionally, please note that the Aizu area is expected to be quite cold during the trip. We strongly recommend bringing warm clothing, including hats and gloves, to ensure your comfort throughout the day.
